Terms of Service & Disclaimer

1. Nature of the Service

RawatebPro is an independent formatting and technical validation utility designed to convert spreadsheet payroll data into the standardized text formats (.WIF and .CSV) required by the Saudi Wages Protection System (WPS) and banking portals.

RawatebPro is not a licensed financial institution, bank, or government agency. We are not directly affiliated with or endorsed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), or the Mudad platform.

2. Sole Employer Responsibility for Wage Accuracy

While RawatebPro incorporates mathematical validation routines (such as ISO MOD-97 IBAN checksums and Saudi Labor Law Article 92 deduction thresholds), the employer or designated accountant bears 100% legal responsibility for the accuracy of all input data. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Correctness of employee National ID / Iqama numbers.
• Alignment of basic wages and allowances with registered GOSI / Qiwa employment contracts.
• Legality of applied deductions and validity of chosen justification codes.
• Timely monthly submission of payroll files within official regulatory deadlines.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall RawatebPro, its owners, or operators be liable for any regulatory penalties, portal freezes (Qiwa/Mudad/Absher), visa issuance suspensions, banking rejection fees, or commercial damages resulting from:

• Incorrect user data entry or payroll calculation mistakes made by the employer.
• Government portal maintenance, downtime, or unannounced specification alterations by SAMA or Mudad.
• Failure of the user's bank to disburse payments.

4. License Grant and Anti-Abuse

Subscriptions to the Single Business tier grant non-exclusive access for one registered Commercial Registration (CR) entity. Commercial accounting offices managing multiple third-party clients must subscribe to the Pro / Multi-Company license.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of commercial software licensing and Saudi electronic commerce regulations.
