At RawatebPro, we believe corporate wage information and National ID/Iqama numbers are strictly confidential. Unlike traditional HR software, RawatebPro does NOT transmit, store, or process your employee records, salaries, IBANs, or Commercial Registration (CR) numbers on our cloud servers.

All file parsing (Excel/CSV), algorithmic checks (ISO 7064 MOD-97), Article 92 validation, and WPS file compilation execute 100% locally in your device's browser memory (Client-Side RAM).

2. Local Storage Usage

To ensure you do not lose your draft work when reloading the browser, RawatebPro utilizes your browser's local sandbox storage (localStorage). This information resides exclusively on your computer hard drive and is never synchronized to external databases. You can clear this data anytime by clicking the "Clear" button in the application.

3. Compliance with Saudi PDPL

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) enacted by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), organizations handling personal identification numbers and wage records must maintain strict safeguards. Because RawatebPro never collects or stores your employees' Personally Identifiable Information (PII), your business remains the sole data controller, eliminating third-party cloud data breach risks.

4. Analytics and Essential Cookies

We only use minimal, anonymized technical telemetry (such as page load performance and basic payment session verification) to keep the website running securely. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers or sell browsing data to third parties.
